LuxSky Travel operates exclusively as an independent travel coordination desk. We provide phone-assisted reservation placements using publicly accessible vehicle distribution and rail booking channels. We are NOT a rental vehicle supplier, fleet operator, railway carrier, or direct transportation carrier.
Actual vehicle fulfillment, base rates, insurance policies, security deposits, and vehicle availability are governed strictly by the rental car company selected (e.g., Enterprise, Hertz, Alamo) or rail carrier. Car rental charges and deposits are paid in person at the pickup counter. Official rail carriage tickets are settled according to carrier tariff rules. CAM HELP DESK LLC bills an independent concierge assistance fee (flat $35–$65 for car rentals, or customized dynamic pricing for Auto Train transport) that is always verbally disclosed and approved prior to processing.
Car renters must present a valid government-issued driver's license and a major credit/debit card in the primary renter's name at pickup. For Auto Train vehicle transport, vehicle dimensions, clearance guidelines, and luggage rules are established by the rail carrier and must be strictly adhered to by the passenger.
CAM HELP DESK LLC shall not be liable for vehicle mechanical failures, accidents, airport terminal delays, rail schedule changes or delays, counter wait times, or carrier boarding denials arising from expired licenses, improper vehicle dimensions, insufficient credit limits, or failure to meet carrier guidelines.
All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks (including Amtrak, Enterprise, Alamo, National, Hertz, Avis) referenced on this site are property of their respective owners and are used purely for descriptive service identification purposes. LuxSky Travel has no direct affiliation or authorized agency relationship with these entities.
