LuxSky Travel operates exclusively as an independent travel coordination desk. We provide phone-assisted reservation placements using publicly accessible vehicle distribution channels. We are NOT a rental vehicle supplier, fleet operator, or transportation carrier.
Actual vehicle fulfillment, base rates, insurance policies, security deposits, and vehicle availability are governed strictly by the rental car company selected (e.g., Enterprise, Hertz, Alamo). The customer enters into an independent contract with the rental car provider at the physical pickup counter.
Renters must present a valid government-issued driver's license and a major credit/debit card in the primary renter's name at pickup. Minimum age requirements and debit card policies are established by the rental provider.
CAM HELP DESK LLC shall not be liable for vehicle mechanical failures, accidents, airport terminal delays, counter wait times, or counter rental denials arising from expired licenses, insufficient credit limits, or failure to meet supplier rental criteria.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
