Concierge Fee & Refund Policy

Clear Billing Distinction

CAM HELP DESK LLC does not bill customers for car rentals, fuel, or deposits. Those costs are paid directly to the rental brand counter upon car collection.

1. Agency Concierge Fee

For telephone-assisted vehicle sourcing, schedule coordination, and priority reservation management, LuxSky Travel charges an independent agency fee ranging between $35.00 and $65.00 per confirmed reservation. This fee compensates our reservation team for labor, search logistics, and administrative handling.

2. Verbal Confirmation Requirement

No agency concierge fee is ever charged without explicit verbal disclosure, explanation of services, and customer consent during the telephone reservation session.

3. Refund Policy on Concierge Fees

Confirmed Reservations: Once a reservation confirmation number is generated and delivered to your email, the concierge service has been fully rendered and is non-refundable.
Supplier Inventory Failure: If a rental supplier fails to honor a confirmed reservation due to zero vehicle inventory at pickup, customers may submit their rental incident report to support@luxskytravel.com within 7 days for a 100% refund of the agency concierge fee.
