Our Core Business Model
LuxSky Travel functions exclusively as an independent, third-party travel assistance and vehicle reservation coordination desk. We provide comprehensive phone-assisted reservation management for business travelers, vacationers, and group excursions seeking car rental options throughout the United States.
We do not own, operate, or maintain physical vehicle fleets. Instead, our professional reservation specialists access public inventory channels to help customers identify suitable car classes, compare rates across leading vehicle suppliers (including Enterprise, Alamo, and National), and lock in confirmed Pay-at-Counter reservations.
Payment & Billing Transparency
No Fleet Rental Holds: We never charge customers for the actual car rental vehicle or mandatory security deposits. All rental rates, local taxes, airport concession fees, and insurance products are billed directly by the rental car company when the renter presents their physical credit/debit card at the pickup counter.
Agency Concierge Fee: CAM HELP DESK LLC charges a transparent, independent concierge booking support fee ($35.00 to $65.00) for our phone-assisted inventory search, itinerary coordination, and reservation placement services. This fee is always verbally disclosed and agreed upon prior to reservation completion.
